Do you want more romance in your life?

Then kill the romance.

Dating is data collection. Period.

This does not mean don’t have fun, or don’t enjoy chemistry.

But stop putting all of your hopes in one person because he was nice of the first date.

Date around. Figure out what you like and don’t like.

Develop an outside life. Don’t be available enough to spend every second with someone you just met. Keep some mystery, and some independence.

Hone your discernment. Recognize red flags, and know when to move on.

Because when you share values with someone? When you feel safe with them? When there’s trust? That’s when you’ll have real romance.
